What a thoughtful note, Doug, thanks for weighing in. Maybe we should propose a bill to keep red-headed from marrying and see where that gets us.

I doubt that most people in any State think too much about "gay" people getting married. If were the "VOTERS" voting to restrict all red haired people from getting married, the people of New Hampshire would be alarmed and pissed that their "rights" were being trampled on. Well we all know that there are not a majority, but a minority of red haired people within the State of N.H. People don't chose to be born red haired, and sure they could dye their hair blonde, blue, or black. So, in conclusion, who are these voters?, Do they have a gay son, daughter, grandchild, or relative in their families?! Maybe they need to acknowledge and respect those that are the "gay". You know some of us "gay" people are not out trying to mess with anyone, but trying to live honest decent lives. Well, just thought I would give you my two cents worth about the subject of "gay" marriage. Its not about "gay" marriage. Its about respecting the commitment that two people make between each other, whether they are of the same gender or not. Anyway, God did not write the Bible, Man did. Look at what mankind has done historically and presently in the name of God.
God nor Jesus never condemned the homosexual or the lesbian.
