Relax - it’s easy. You can click the “Listen Here” link below the show’s name. (It’s Show #10) Assuming your computer is correctly configured, you should hear the MP3 file begin to play.

Or, on a Window’s computer, you can right click on the “Listen Here” link, click on “Save File As” and download the MP3 to play on your computer or transfer to your portable music player.

You can also subscribe to the show through iTunes or Yahoo Podcasts. Those services make it easy to find and subscribe to podcasts. Just search for the show’s name to find it.
